PE News - T2 Week 8

This coming weekend will be an exciting one for our school teams. This Friday the American University Dubai are hosting “The Schools Sports Challenge” in which schools from all over the region will compete in a range of sports. Our entire PE team will attend the event with our senior boy’s football team, and athletics team and a swim team. This is a much anticipated event as there are a number of scholarships on offer for talented individuals.

As well as this, our u14 and u16 Boys Football teams will compete in the Du Cup League on Saturday. Both games will kick off at 1pm in the Sevens Stadium and our boys are excited and prepared for both games. Our u14 team did very well last Saturday in their first game and drew 1-1 with Dubai National School Al Twar. We wish all our teams the very best of luck this weekend.

 Congratulations to our u10 football team and their coach Mr. Alex on winning the Inter Choueifat Trophy last weekend. The event which took place here in DIP proved to be an exciting morning as both our games went down to penalties! All of our boys showed great composure throughout and held their nerves very well. We are very proud of the team for all their work and dedication over the past few months and the trophy will be proudly displayed in our administration. Well done Boys!
